This position includes the facilitation of finance/loan applications from conditioning to settlement, but not limited to;
- Assessment and application of client’s financial information to establish loan serviceability and capacity to proceed.
- Preparation, lodgement, and management of loan submissions to various banks and finance institutions.
- Liaising with clients during application process including collecting relevant information.
- File preparation and maintenance during process and post settlement.
- Liaising with lenders and financial institutions, to ensure efficient and timely completion to settlement.
Experience and Skill-Set
- Willingness to learn
- Courteous phone manner is a must
- Previous finance experience is highly regarded
- Knowledge of bank/lender policies & procedures
- Franchised Car Dealership experience a plus
- Insurance Broking or Sales experience viewed highly
